In the app, tap your photo, then Contact Us or Send Feedback. You can also email [email protected]. We read every message.

Report someone or something

Use Report on a profile, message, plan, event or deal in the app, or email [email protected]. You can block anyone at any time. If you're in danger, call 911. More in our Safety Tips and Community Guidelines.

Delete your account

In the app, tap your photo, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account. Your profile disappears right away. Sign back in within 30 days to keep it; after that it's erased. Can't get into the app? Email us from the address or with the phone number on your account and we'll delete it for you.

Cancel or manage Premium

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription.
